The top photo is a cookie dough dip made out of chickpeas = healthy cookie dough!? The recipe can be found here. The only suggestion I have, is to use small chocolate chips instead of the larger ones, ensuring chocolaty goodness in every bite.
Bottom photo is my breakfast. Marc has turned me into a breakfast eater. After running out of real bread for breakfast, I found these mini toasts that my mom had sent me. They are just perfect. Topped with swiss cheese spread, blueberry jam, and nutella. A very nice start to the day if you ask me.
Now off to get tea with Melanie and then start a (hopefully) productive day. Have to meet those deadlines!
